What are the shipping costs for an order?

Home delivery

For Mainland Spain and Mainland Portugal, shipping costs are free on purchases over €89.
For purchases less than this amount, shipping costs cost €4.95.
For the Canary Islands, shipping costs cost €12.95*.
For the Balearic Islands, shipping costs cost €5.95.
For Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs cost €18.95*.
For shipments to external countries, the following basic rates will be followed:

• Zone A: Germany/ France/ Monaco: 9,95€
• Zone B: Austria/ Belgium/ Italy (not islands)/ Luxembourg/ Netherlands: 9,95€
• Zone C: Denmark/Slovakia/Slovenia/Poland/Czech Republic/Switzerland: €13.95*
• Zone D: Bulgaria/ Croatia/ Estonia/ Finland/ Greece/ Hungary/ Ireland/ Latvia/ Lithuania/ Norway/ Romania/ Serbia/ Sweden/ Italy islands: 19,95€*
• Zone E: Albania/ Bosnia and Herzegovina/ Cyprus/ Iceland/ Faroe Islands/ Kosovo/ Macedonia/ Malta/ Montenegro/ Turkey: €34.95*
• United Kingdom/ Scotland/ Wales: €13.95*
• Madeira/ Azores: 24,95€*
• Andorra: €12.95*
• Gibraltar: €18.95*

Which countries do we ship to and what is the delivery time for an order?

Shipping times may vary depending on the country or delivery zone:

• Peninsula: 1-3 business days.
• Balearic: 2 to 4 working days.
• Canary Islands: 3 to 5 working days.
• Ceuta: 3 to 5 working days.
• Melilla: 3 to 5 working days.
• Gibraltar: 3 to 5 working days.
• Portugal: 2 to 4 working days.
• Andorra: 3 to 5 working days.

For other countries in the European Union:

• Zone A: Germany/France/Monaco: 3 to 6 working days
• Zone B: Austria/Belgium/Italy/Luxembourg/Netherlands: 3 to 6 working days
