Payments
The payment methods accepted by Marmarina are:
- PayPal and CREDIT CARDS: After confirming the order you will be taken to the PayPal website taking advantage of its secure payment platform. Once the payment process has been completed, you will be redirected back to Marmarina.es. PayPal will send you an email with the confirmation of the payment and we will send you the confirmation of your order.
- TRANSFER: After confirming your order, it will be in "quarantine" until the full amount of the purchase is received in our bank account. Once the receipt of this amount has been confirmed, the order will be accepted and the steps described in the section HOW DO WE WORK? indicated in the FAQ section.
- CREDIT CARDS: Secure payment through our payment gateway, your card details and all communication with your bank passes through their secure connection, we will not have access to those details.
What should I do if my card is declined?
Your card may be declined for the following reasons:
- The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- The card may have reached the limit amount allowed for purchases. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the limit amount.
- The data entered may be incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.
