There's no easier way to surprise your guests than with personalised seals made entirely to your taste — after all, it's the small details that make the difference on your big day.

At Marmarina we specialise in attention to detail, designing every type of wedding seal in-house — whether a wax seal or a rubber stamp — for a result that's exclusive and personal to each couple. That's why today we're bringing you the different seals that will make your invitations stand out.
Types of Wedding Seals
Rubber Stamps
Rubber stamps are one of the types of wedding seals available, and with an excellent quality-price ratio, they're fully customisable.
When buying rubber stamps, you can go for a woodland theme, which fits perfectly with the trend of giving special attention to natural elements in wedding decor, or choose themed rubber stamps resembling, for example, the ones you'd find in a passport. Or, if you prefer, simply use your initials with a lovely decorative touch — the choice is yours, and the options are endless.
They're not just for sealing invitations — you can also use them on tags to decorate and personalise any detail of your wedding.
We guarantee you'll want to stamp absolutely everything!

Wax Seals
We'd be lying if we said we didn't have a soft spot for these timeless seals — they come back into fashion year after year with their special charm.
Wax seals hold a unique value, conveying a sense of delicacy and elegance to whoever receives them. What's more, having the couple make them by hand adds an emotional element: taking the time, enjoying the process, sharing that moment together, doing it with special care… they're undoubtedly a symbol of exclusivity.

As well as using wax seals on invitations, you can also use them for wedding favours: boxes, bags, tags... it's a versatile option that lets you play with textures and designs, as well as, of course, colour palettes. We're especially fond of pastel shades, which pair subtly with any type of envelope, whether mint green, soft gold, or pink tones… go on and try metallic finishes too.
The possibilities are as varied as couples themselves. Use your initials, your full names, the date of your special day, add woodland elements, a drawing… you can even add a dog and cat wax seal!
Here's a handy tip about wax seals: always use a separate wax gun for each colour, unless you want to achieve a marbled effect by mixing two colours. After 15-20 seconds, try lifting the seal off — it will come away easily once it's ready. The timing depends a lot on the material you're sealing and the temperature of the seal's metal stamp. A useful trick when sealing on paper is to pop the seal into a bowl of ice between each seal, so you can work much faster.
Seal Accessories
Whether you go for rubber stamps or wax seals, you can always take it a step further and add seal accessories. For example, you can use twine around the envelope.
Remember that both options are entirely customisable to your taste: choose the ink you like best, the wax colour that suits you most, and the design that best defines you as a couple.
By the way, have you thought about adding other elements to your wax seal? We love little twigs and dried flowers.
