Wedding Invitation
The essence of wedding stationery is the invitation.
It consists of a card and an envelope.
It is advisable to deliver invitations at least 3 months in advance of the celebration.
Please note that the production process for invitations can take between 2-3 weeks, provided that they are wedding invitations from a catalogue.
In the case of "customised invitations" (out of catalogue) the production period is two months.
We recommend ordering your wedding invitations at least 4 months in advance.
If it is close to a holiday period (Easter, Christmas) you can bring forward the date of your invitation order to take advantage and be able to start with the first deliveries.
Example:

- Order wedding invitations: March 9
(Instead of March 25, the order date is brought forward so that they can be received before Easter and take advantage of the holidays)
- Delivery of wedding invitations: April 5
Wedding stationery
The production time for these stationery items is 5-7* working days.
We always recommend ordering wedding stationery at least 2 weeks before the day of the celebration.
(*In the case of hand-lettered items, the time increases by 5-10 working days)
One issue that always causes headaches is the final guest list.
Don't be overwhelmed by last-minute guest cancellations. It always happens, even on the day of the celebration.
For this reason, one option is to make additional Seating Plan sheets, without including those people who are unsure whether they will attend.
This way you will always have the option of using one sheet or another depending on their attendance.
You should take this into account when placing your order.

This is one of the first questions that every couple asks themselves.
To calculate the total number of invitations, you must take into account that not all guests will attend as a couple, and some wedding invitations are even given out per family.
You can also calculate the total number of wedding invitations using a very simple estimate that we explain below.
Example:

Total: 120 wedding invitations
With this estimate, the extra invitations would already be included so you have a small margin, but you can always include 5 more invitations for unforeseen events.
