Returns/Errangements
Since most of Marmarina.es products are personalized, we want to dedicate a specific section of our General Terms and Conditions to this type of articles. In compliance with Article 45 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996 on Retail Trade, there will be no right of return in the case of those goods manufactured according to customer specifications or that have been clearly made to measure for the same. Nor shall there be any right of return in the event that the damage is due to misuse.
Excluded from this jurisdiction are those returns arising from an error for which Marmarina.es is responsible or any product defect. In such a case, our company undertakes to change the defective product for another one as soon as possible. It will also be responsible for the return and shipping costs. In the event that the change could not be made, the amount will be refunded.
In case of defective product due to mismanagement of Marmarina.es, we will proceed, as appropriate, to repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, steps that will be free for the consumer and user.
If it is a change due to an error in the choice of size or color or in any of the options of the product, error whose responsible is the buyer user, the latter will be responsible for the shipping costs back to our office and the new shipping costs, provided that the product is not customized and admits returns.
Sometimes, the shipping company returns to our facilities orders that have not been able to deliver, because the recipient of the order is absent from the address indicated on the package, or the postal address is incorrectly indicated, and have not been able to contact by any means. In these cases, our company notifies the user of this incident, to process a new shipment confirmed the correct postal address, which will be borne by the customer. In case the user does not respond to our notices, we keep the package in our facilities for a maximum of 3 months. After this period, the package is destroyed.
For some orders, the purchased product may be shipped in a case, box or wrapping adapted to the product. This case or wrapping is an element provided for better protection and presentation of the product, but outside the price of the product, so in the case of arriving broken or with any damage, it is not replaced, replaced or paid. Only the personalized product itself is the one that has coverage for repetition or return in case it meets the necessary conditions (printing failure, manufacturing, etc.).
Personalized products are manufactured with the image and / or text sent by the user, in the same position, quality, resolution and measures. The user is responsible for ensuring that the image or text sent at the time of ordering has adequate requirements for proper manufacturing. Marmarina.es will not assume any responsibility for any difference in color or resolution between the original image and the product supplied, caused by a defective quality of the original image file. Claims for reasons of aesthetic taste will not be grounds for a refund.
Stationery and invitations
Once you have placed your personalized order, you can cancel it until you send us the form with your data to be personalized in the contracted elements.
Once we receive the email with the form completed by you, and at this point you request the cancellation of the order, the refund would suffer a reduction of 30% of the total purchase.
Once the customer is sent the PDF draft of the personalized contracted elements, and at this point you request the cancellation of the order, the refund of the purchase amount is made with a reduction of 50% of the amount.
Once the customer accepts the PDF draft that is sent by e-mail, the amount is no longer refundable.
The customer is responsible for the revision of the texts: spelling, punctuation, etc ... Marmarina.es is not responsible for any errors or mistakes that may exist in the contracted elements once the drafts have been printed and validated by the customer.
