1. Shipping
where can I receive my order?
You will be able to receive your order at the address you provide. However, it is not possible to deliver your order to post office boxes.
The following conditions apply:
- Deliveries are made by private courier service.
- Shipping costs include in all cases the Value Added Tax (VAT), but no other tax, fee, duty or surcharge. For shipments outside the Peninsula please contact us through the email address info@marmarina.es.
- Shipping is understood as the delivery of the items at the address specified by the customer during the ordering process.
what is the price and delivery time of my order?
Don't worry, when you process your order you will see it in the shopping cart and it will be added to the total.
The shipping amount is programmed to be 4,95 Euros. But there are times when these shipping amounts are free as in specific promotions or purchases over 75 €.

On the attached local holidays our office will be closed so we will not count these days as "working days" in the delivery time of the orders:

how can I be sure that I have made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order and made the payment, you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive it, we recommend that you check that it has not been sent to your spam folder. If you have not received it, we recommend that you contact us by calling 656 537 041 or through the email address info@marmarina.es
can the country of delivery be different from the country of purchase?
Yes, please contact us through the email address info@marmarina.es the conditions for shipments outside the peninsula.
2. TRACKING AND DELIVERY
You will be able to know the status of your order at any time by accessing the "MY ORDERS" section of your account. If you have purchased through the option BUY WITHOUT REGISTRATION you can track your order through the link that we provide in the confirmation email.
